Across the valley, mist covered hills roll on endlessly, in front of them the majestic Susquehanna River winds from east to west as far as the eye can see. Directly below the monument is the iconic Village of Owego, with its patchwork rooftops, church steeples, the county courthouse, and the Court Street Bridge. In all seasons, as picturesque views go, it doesn’t get any better than this. The photography is by local artist, Dan Williams and is a photo on canvas and is framed 12 x 12”.
